*How long is the warranty period?
1. After the buyer receives the goods, the warranty period will take effect, and there is no need to worry about waiting for the delivery time to affect the warranty rights.
2. If any failure occurs within two years, the buyer can send the product to our maintenance base, and we provide maintenance services

*Whether there is a product replacement service
1. When the buyer finds any problem after receiving the product, please contact us to provide the order number. We will provide free replacement or refund service within 15 days of any problem. If more than 15 days, we do not accept replacement service, only repair service

*What should I do if the product is faulty?
1. Just leave your order number, briefly describe the fault situation, PAHL will contact the buyer to provide help and service within 24~48 hours Email:pahl.technology@gmail.com

2. If the buyer finds any faults within 15 days of receiving the product, we will make a free shipping label, and when we receive the product, we will send a new shipping address to the buyer.
